In this course, you will work closely with a small group of peers to face your facilitation fears and unlock untapped skills to get things done with care. There is no universal formula for facilitation — it's about you, and what you bring to the table. We’re here to help assess where you are with your skills, find the language to unpack where you want to improve, and get you moving forward in your facilitation practice.

The course is for mid-level staff of Ford Foundation grantees who are looking to grow their skills in facilitation of team conversations and remote collaboration. At the end of the course, participants will have techniques they can put to use to make meetings more effective and meaningful for teams, and feel empowered to express and use their personal facilitation style in group collaboration.
