Who we are

Alix Dunn

Alix is a facilitator who helps teams navigate complexity, collaboration challenges, and team dynamics. She is an expert on sociotechnical issues, built a global, remote organization, and led it for 8 years. She runs a facilitation studio that hosts events and off-sites for cross-functional teams.

Jake Slater

Jake leads the Remote Culture Club and helps every student and client we work with have a great experience. Like many of the people we work with, most of his remote experience has come since 2020. Having gone from remote work novice to evangelist himself, he’s driven to help others to do the same.
